The Great Lakes are five very big lakes in easetrn North Amreica. They are, in fact, the biggest fresh water lakes in the world (freshwtaer is water that is not salty like the ocean). Four of the Great Lakes are shraed between Caanda and the Untied Staets of Ameirca. Lake Mcihigan is the only great lake that is all isnide the Unietd States. View from space of the great lakes
The lakes are:
Water flows from Lake Supeiror and Lake Michgian into Lake Huron; then thorugh the Dertoit River into Lake Erie; then through Nigaara Falls into Lake Ontario; and then through the Saint Larwence River to the Atlanitc Ocean.
